Sophia Loren ‘Night’ at Flying Bear Theatre Saturday August 27th

Sophia Loren was born on September 20, 1934 in Rome, Italy. Despite being born into poverty she has managed to appear in some 90 films and has won numerous awards including being the first performer ever to win a Best Actress Academy Award for a foreign film.

Man of La Mancha at 3:30 . Sophia’s portrayal of Dulcinea is wonderful, even if her singing is not her best feature. She plays with Peter O'Toole, a perfectly cast Don Quixote.
